This is PSD file 22X15 inches 300 ppi. This file has all the parts on layers so you can grab and drag to any picture you wish . Some are going to work with dark background some are going to work with light , some are going to work with both  . You also have the bokeh , and the hand painted background on separate layers  . 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
I'm not providing Photoshop Services but I would help if you have any questions.
