This is a zip folder with 2 JPEG files  31x21 inches  both are 300ppi  . This backgrounds are great quality .  Backgrounds  are edited . There are no layers or selections. Both backgrounds can be used for sitting or standing up poses 

This backgrounds do not come with tutorials .

You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
