this is super easy

The file is with a few layers . The snnow , the window bars and the frost are  on separate layers  you can switch on and off or mask of those layers .There are 2 folders with snow , one is for the white widow , the other is for the dark window .If you want to do the white frame window  simply turn on the "white window frame and bars" layer, switch of  "light vignette " layer, turn on  the " Snow White frame " layer . You can mask of the snow over people faces if you wish to do so . The snow  is in a folder with a few layers . You can duplicate , reduce the opacity or completely remove layers of snow .If you want to remove or rearrange the bars you can do so so the window fits your needs . The backgrounds which I made the samples with are not included in the file you will buy  . The white and the brown backgrounds are sold separately 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
I'm not providing Photoshop Services but I would help if you have any questions.
