This is PSD   file 22x15 inches 300 ppi . This file has a few layers . Put the baby layer over the layer called baby here so it will come behaind the layer with the opening . I sudgest you to use the original blanket of the baby  or liquify the opening by the shape of the baby . Or you can create shadows and not use the original blanket if you wish . After you are done with editing of your baby , turn on texture layer and clip to the baby to give it the same texture like the texture i have on the background 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
