If you do not like to use the diaper cover  , just switch off the layer  called cover . If you like the diaper cover , place your baby over the layer  Baby here . If the cover do not fit use the liquify filter to liquify by the baby  . You can move baby with the  original blanket if your  want and place behind the cover . 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
