You have a file with 2 layers here .

One has a reflection I created with a different baby but if yours is in the same pose it will look natural. If you switch off the top layer you have file without reflection if you want to do the reflection yourself you can use this file and after you put the baby there use Flaming Pear plugin to create the reflection for you .
