Here I have one background . One PSD file with multiple layers . This backgrounds has multiple blanket choices as you can see in the pictures . All choices are in the different layers .  Please switch on and off layers to see what is in the layers. The shadows might not work on each of the backgrounds you add but they will work for most , especially if your bay is shoot on similar to the sample blanket 

 You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.

I'm not providing Photoshop Services but I would help if you have any questions.
