This is PSD   file 27X27 inches 300 ppi . The file includes the  brownish effect . If you do not like it switch off the   layer and you will have it black and white . You can also   drag the effect ofer the baby layer and it will blend it like mine sample . If you want it more brown just duplicate the layer EFFECT 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
