This is PSD file 19X13 inches 300 ppi Drag the baby face on the  top of the  layer called Baby face here  . Fr the reflection  : Duplicate the face and all the shadows and adjustments you did for the face . Put in a group . Duplicate group  . When group is active , hight lighted  go to EDIT -free transform  - flip vertical . Then drag down to the opening of the face of the reflection and put on the spot . Reduce the opacity of the entire group to 40% . You can also do your way . This is how I do it
