This is PSD   file 15x22 inches 300 ppi . The file includes a  top layer with opening into the ear for the baby  . Put the baby over the layer which  is called BABY HERE  . If your baby do not match with the opening liquify the background to make it match . I made the opening to make it easy if baby matches . I also put the same texture I used  for the painting so you can put over the baby when done  editing  so the background and baby texture match . You  choose if you want to use it . I tried this with 5 different babies . I needed to reduce the  saturation of all of them just a tad , so have this in mind when compositing . I also put 2 layers with darker shadows and not that dark , again you can choose which one to use 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
I'm not providing Photoshop Services but I would help if you have any questions.
