This is PSD   file 26x17 inches 300 ppi . This file has a few layers . Put the baby layer over the layer called baby here so it will come behaind the layer with the opening . I suggest you to use the original blanket of the baby  . If you  choose to blend the baby to the background without the original blanket , you can turn on the blanket I have drawn and  do it over it . I put the shadows I used when I created the sample for you . Turn them on to see if you can use them . Depending on your baby color or baby outfit you might need to reduce  or up the opacity of the shadows .  Or you can create shadows  if you wish . After you are done with editing of your baby , turn on texture layer and clip to the baby to give it the same texture like the texture i have on the background . Do not forget to mask off the shadows over the places you don't need them 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
