In the layer palette  Put your subject  over the layer which  is called SUBJECT HERE  , if the globe coves to much of the baby with a black  brush paint over the layer mask of the top layer  to remove the balloon from the baby . When you are done with the editing of your baby clip the layer "Texture clip to baby layer " to your baby if you want to have the texture of the background to the baby 
You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
