Here I have one background . One PSD file with multiple layers . This file has top cut  layer . The only shadows you have to do is  , the shadows casted on the boat by  your baby . Simply paint with  low opacity white brush over the layer mask on the shadow folder   on the dark side of the subject where he/she  will cast shadows 

 You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and know how to work with layers.
