THIS BACKGROUND IS NOT INCLUDED  . This product includes only the bokeh , just the lights . The lights will not be visible on white or very light backgrounds . The layers have to be in screen blending mode in order to see them 

This is bokeh hearts which I created on Photoshop out of real bokeh 

It has 16 layers of different designs and a few individual hearts which  you can use to create your own bokeh

This are 48 JPG files which you need to drag to your picture and switch the blending mode of the layer to screen 

This lights work the best on darker background . They will not be visible on white

   There are more then one way to install the brushes   . The easiest way is to just double click  on the brush 'abr' file and it will go straight to your Photoshop brush palette. The will be on the very bottom when you open your brush palette .
